Public DashboardModule 6 of 7

Show the city what has been fixed

Citizens trust what they can see. The Public Dashboard publishes grievances received and resolved by ward and department, how long they took and how many were on time. It shows the work, never the people who complained.

Track by number

Any citizen can look up the status of a grievance by its number.

Open data export

Aggregated figures as CSV for journalists, researchers and RTI replies.

Every label and chart in the languages your citizens use.

Embed on your website. Figures refresh every hour.

Good to know

The details officers and citizens ask about

  • The dashboard shows wards and departments, never individual officers by name.

  • Grievances marked sensitive, such as harassment complaints, are counted but never described.

  • You decide when the dashboard goes public. It can stay internal during the pilot.
