What does the free pilot include?

Sixty days of Schedule A for one department or a cluster of up to 20 wards, including setup, officer training on video call and the WhatsApp channel. There is no charge and no commitment to buy.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Invoices in Indian rupees are issued at the exchange rate on the date of the order.

Can we buy through GeM or a tender?

Yes. We respond to tenders and can supply through the procurement route your department follows. Share the tender reference through the Help Window.

What happens to our data if we stop?

You receive a complete export of all grievances, attachments and case histories in standard formats. Data is then deleted from our systems and a deletion certificate is issued.
